Moonlit Matcha is a premium ceremonial-grade matcha crafted from first flush tea leaves sourced from Japan’s most esteemed tea-growing regions - including Kyoto, Nara, and Mie in central Japan, and Kagoshima and Miyazaki on the southern island of Kyushu - grown at elevations of 300–600 metres.

Harvested in early spring (April–May), these tender young leaves are carefully steamed and dried without rolling, then slowly stone-ground into an ultra-fine, silky powder. The result is a matcha of brilliant green colour, smooth umami richness, and vibrant, balanced flavour.
