Refund policy

We love tea so much we want to marry it. We want you to love it too. At Brewed By Belinda, we do our absolute best to ensure our teas, tisanes, teaware and all associated products are of the highest quality. If you have any concerns about a product that you have purchased, you must contact us within 14 days of purchasing . Please let us know your order number and the nature of your concern. Any returns must then be sent back to us at your own cost in the original packaging, strictly unused and in the same condition as you received it, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. We will get in touch with you via email once we have assessed your return. We will replace the product at no cost and pay the postage cost (to send the replacement to you) if we agree that the product is not up to a satisfactory standard. If the product is unavailable for replacement, we will refund you the cost via the original method of payment. Please note that sale items, discounted items or items bought as part of a special offer will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Thank you for your understanding.
