Our final tea blend products have not been certified but the ingredients we source to work with are either certified organic or organically grown.

It is important to us that we source our ingredients from reputable gardens that care for the land, their workers and the community.

For example, the Ceylon tea that we use as the base of our Earl Grey blend 'Director's Notes' is from Indulgashina Bio Tea Garden in Sri Lanka - Organic and Fairtrade Certified since 1994.

We source our breakfast style Assam tea 'Warm Up' from Aideobarie Tea Estates. It is a 4th generation farm which is Organic and Trustea Certified.

All of our blends contain no sugars, flavourings or additives of any kind. Just pure, healthy and fresh ingredients to bring you calm, nourishment and creativity.

All Brewed By Belinda blends use no preservatives or additives. With the exception of our 'Escape the Limelight' blend which uses a pinch of gourmet Murray River pink salt flakes as an inspired ingredient to make all of the citrus flavours pop.

We have a range of teas created especially for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Our blend Little Wonder was created for early pregnancy to reduce feelings of nausea and is safe to drink for the full term of pregnancy, but not safe for breastfeeding. Our blend About To Pop was created to tone and prepare the uterus for birth and is safe to drink from 32 weeks of pregnancy, but not safe for breastfeeding. Our tisane Liquid Gold was created to promote the healthy production of breast milk and can be consumed from birth. Our tisane Mummy Moment a calming, restorative blend for new parents is safe for breastfeeding. All tisanes from our wellness range are approved by Naturopath, Kirsty King. If you have any concerns about whether our other teas and tisanes are pregnancy or breastfeeding safe please consult with your doctor.

Most BBB teas & tisanes are safe for someone with high blood pressure. Some of our tisanes contain licorice root which contains glycyrrhizic acid, this compound is known to possibly cause blood pressure to rise. The following blends contain licorice root and individuals with high blood pressure should avoid these blends: Opening Night Nerves, Drama Queen, Red Lorry Yellow Lorry.

No. We only offer loose-leaf teas & tisanes for our core range.

We are all about no-waste tea brewing and amazing flavour! We will always supply you with quality loose leaf tea which is often whole tea leaves and large leaf herbs and petals - the bigger the leaves the better the quality of tea and the more beautiful flavours you will experience. And we have the perfect tea tools for your easy brewing pleasure!

For our custom blending and private label services, we can supply tea in biodegradable soilon pyramid teabags (healthy, eco option!) through a secondary business.

Please note some tea bags on the market contain micro-plastics that can leach into your beverage (and let's not forget that classy staple). This is not ideal for health at all and it makes tea bags unable to be composted.

Our tea blends go a long way!

But it all depends on the size of the pouch or canister of tea you buy and the grams it contains. We usually advise that you use one teaspoon of tea per cup. You can often brew the same leaves a couple of times because we only blend with high quality, super fresh and fragrant herbs, spices, petals and whole-leaf tea. Some of our teas can be re-stepped for multiple infusions over a day - like our 'Your Are Gold' Oolong and our 'Symphony No. 9' jasmine white/green tea.

When freshly blending our teas and tisanes we apply a Best Before sticker with a 2 year BB date. Often tea will last MUCH longer if stored correctly (airtight, in a cool dry place away from light).

You will know when tea is not good if it is dry and brittle with no fragrance.

Tea should be stored in an airtight vessel to keep it’s freshness and should be kept out of direct sunlight to ensure vibrancy. Tea should be stored in a cool dry place as heat and moisture can harm the tea.

We sell our teas and tisanes in 3 ways

- Foil lined, air tight, zip lock, stand up pouches - standard and bulk sizes!

- Gorgeous quality tin canisters handmade in Japan by KOTODO. Airtight and 100% Recyclable. Our canisters are handmade from lead-free food grade tin steel and are of the highest quality.

- Tea Refill which is packaged in a biodegradable cellophane bag and sent off to you to refill your existing airtight pouch or canister. Save money on packaging by purchasing our refills

Our Refill service is the perfect low waste packaging option, you can purchase either a pouch or canister of a BBB blend and then refill it when needed. We package our refills in a biodegradable cellophane bag that can be home composted and tied with a string that can be reused.

We also sell all of our blends in large bulk sizes to save packaging.

We love tea so much we want to marry it. We want you to love it too. At Brewed By Belinda, we do our absolute best to ensure our teas and tisanes are of the highest quality. If you have any concerns about a product that you have purchased, you must contact us within 30 days of purchasing. Please let us know your order number and the nature of your concern. Any returns must then be sent back to us in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received it along with a receipt or proof of purchase. We will get in touch with you via email once we have assessed your return. We will replace the product at no cost and pay the postage cost (to send the replacement to you) if we agree that the product is not to a satisfactory standard. If the product is unavailable for replacement, we will refund you the cost via the original method of payment. Please not that sale items will not be refunded.

All teas and tisanes are hand blended and packaged here at our studio in South Australia. Although most of our teas (Camellia sinensis) are sourced from famous tea growing regions like China, India, Sri Lanka and Nepal, we source all herbs, petals, fruits and spices here in Australia where possible.

Our Brewed By Belinda Studio is located at Shop 3 97A Old Port Road, Queenstown SA 5014. This is where we hand blend and package all of our teas and tisanes. Please check our opening hours posted every Monday morning on Instagram.

The main shipping services we use are Sendle & Australia Post and occasionally other courier services.

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes. Australia Post is the delivery service used.

Shipping is FREE if you spend $100 or more. Otherwise we charge a flat rate of $12.50 for regular shipping Australia wide or $17.50 for an express service.

Yes we do! We offer Standard Shipping by air for a flat rate - approximately 6-15 business days. We also offer Economy Shipping by sea for a flat rate - approximately 30+ days.

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that BBB is a small business and sometimes it may take us some extra time to arrange your order. You should have your order within 5-7 business days using standard post. You can always upgrade to express shipping if you need your order ASAP.

Tea Subscriptions are shipped in the 1st week of each month.

Your tea subscription will begin at the start of the next month from the time you place your order.

E.g. if you order on the 15th of August, you first box will be the September box.

All online subscription orders will be posted in the first week of each month.

All pick-up orders will be ready for collection in the first week of each month.
