Shipping / Delivery / Pick Up Policy

 

Your order will be delivered via Australia Post or Courier using their standard delivery service. We charge a flat rate of $14.50 for standard delivery for all orders below $120.00. We charge a flat rate of $19.50 for Express Shipping. We happily offer free shipping for all orders $120 and above.

We will post your order within 1-3 business days after purchasing. We really want to help you out so if your order is urgent, or you require any other special service, please leave a note at the point of checkout.

Please allow 2 or more business days for standard delivery. We expect your delivery to arrive within a maximum of 5 business days after postage, sometimes regional or remote locations can take a little longer. Please allow 1-3 days for Express Post. Please contact us if your delivery has not arrived in the expected time frame and we can follow up promptly. Please keep in mind that in the weeks leading up to Christmas, Australia Post deliveries are often slower than normal because of high mail volumes. Please place Christmas orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Please check your address details before submitting your order. Brewed By Belinda does not accept responsibility for customers providing incorrect address details. If orders are returned to Brewed By Belinda because of an incorrect address, the customer will be liable for the cost to resend.

We offer International shipping at a flat rate of $70.00 Australian Dollars for a standard air service. Your order should arrive within seven and 14 working days (subject to customs requirements of your country). We advise that you speak with the local authorities in your country with regard to importing tea as each country has different requirements and charges may apply upon delivery (duties, taxes etc).
