ABOUT THE CREATION OF THIS BEAUTIFUL TEA

In March 2021, I was invited to join a special group of students, the Mindful Mentors, at Alberton Primary School to explore tea and mindfulness.

We drank tea together and talked about how the ritual of brewing a cup of tea can create the perfect opportunity for a mindful moment in the day.

We then learnt about different ingredients that can be used for creating a calming tea blend and together the students created their very own tea blend, each carefully choosing ingredients that they wanted to see in the tea blend.

They have been gifting this unique tea to staff as part of their Mindful Mentor presentations at Calvary Hospital and now they wish to offer you the opportunity to brew their creation too! It is a soothing and calming caffeine free tisane with ingredients to nurture the nervous and digestive systems - super pretty and extremely delicious!

Made with food-grade quality stainless steel, the infuser has fine mesh (to prevent smaller ingredients from making their way into your brew), convenient handles and a lid. Simply spoon your fav BBB loose leaf tea into the infuser, place it in your fav cup so the handles rest on the sides.  Pour hot water over the leaves and let it brew as to your liking. Simply remove the infuser from the cup when ready and sit it inside the lid.
