It is the most delicate, pure thing of beauty.  White Tea is the least processed type of tea. It is gently dried as soon as it is plucked from the tea plant and therefore is the least oxidised. White Tea is made from the buds and/or very young leaves of the teaplant, usually hand plucked in the first harvests of the year, and is bursting with powerful antioxidants. The liquor is very light in color.
