If you have any concerns about a product that you have purchased, you must contact us within 30 days of purchasing. Please let us know your order number and the nature of your concern. Any returns must then be sent back to us in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received it along with a receipt or proof of purchase. We will get in touch with you via email once we have assessed your return. We will replace the product at no cost and pay the postage cost (to send the replacement to you) if we agree that the product is not to a satisfactory standard.
